Welcoming Dr. Muhammad Ammirrul Atiqi Bin Mohd Zainuri as Editor-in-Chief of JCDSI

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Muhammad Ammirrul Atiqi Bin Mohd Zainuri as the new Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Cross-Disciplinary Sustainability Innovations (JCDSI), effective immediately.

Dr. Zainuri is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Systems Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He received his B.Eng. and M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and was awarded his Ph.D. from the same university in 2017. A dedicated member of IEEE and a registered Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), he has published extensively in high‑impact journals and conferences. He is an active researcher at UMPEDAC and ALPER (UPM). His research interests span power electronics, power quality, renewable energy systems, microgrids, electric vehicles, and the application of artificial intelligence in electrical systems. 

Under Dr. Zainuri’s stewardship, and with the continued support of our editorial team, reviewers, and authors, we look forward to a new chapter of growth, impact, and discovery.
